The Villa Paquerette is situated in a quiet little street of Saint-Aygulf, at about 50m of the beach. It also benefits from a unique panoramic view on the coast of Saint-Raphaël.

It has four double sleeping rooms (one with balcony), one childrens room with one bunk bed, two bathrooms with shower and twe toilets, one equipped kitchen and a laundryroom with washing machine and dryer. The villa has airconditioning.

The 2000m² garden and pool will delight you. With the lounge chairs you can take sunbats on the terrasse next to the pool. You will also find a course for bowls.

The little garden house is for 2 persons. It‘s equipped with a bathroom, separated toilets, private terasse and airconditioning.

When you do not rent the garden rooms with the villa it is possible that it is rented to other people. But in that case they can not acces the pool or garden of the villa.

Booking Conditions:

Cleaning fee of 370€ per stay (470€ in July and August) is not included in the price and must be paid on arrival. For a 2 week stay an extra cleaning will be done after 1 week and a supplement of 185€ will be count. Deposit of 500€ per stay must be paid by CASH on arrival, if no damage, deposit will be returned at check out.

ATTENTION: rental  goes from Saturday till Saturday. In July and August we only rent for 2 week stay. In case of 1 week stay a supplement of 400€ will be count
