The Villa Paquerette is situated in a quiet little street of Saint-Aygulf, at about 50m of the beach. It also benefits from a unique panoramic view on the coast of Saint-Raphaël.

It has four double sleeping rooms (one with balcony), one childrens room with one bunk bed, one bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilets, one equipped kitchen and a laundryroom with washing machine and dryer. The villa has airconditioning.

The 2000m² garden and pool will delight you. With the lounge chairs you can take sunbats on the terrasse next to the pool. You will also find a course for bowls.

The little garden house is for 2 persons. It‘s equipped with a bathroom, separated toilets, private terasse and airconditioning.

Booking Conditions:

Cleaning fee of 370€ per stay (470€ in July and August) is not included in the price and must be paid on arrival. For a 2 week stay an extra cleaning will be done after 1 week and a supplement of 185€ will be count. Deposit of 500€ per stay must be paid by CASH on arrival, if no damage, deposit will be returned at check out.

ATTENTION: rental  goes from Saturday till Saturday. In July and August we only rent for 2 week stay. In case of 1 week stay a supplement of 400€ will be count
