VILLA SOUVENANCE

Villa Souvenance is a 150m² villa that can accommodate up to 14 people.

Located on the seafront, just a stone's throw from the beaches, Villa Souvenance overlooks the port of Saint-Aygulf and boasts uninterrupted views over the bay of Saint-Raphaël and the Mediterranean Sea.

Good to know: On request and subject to availability, you can rent an additional family room with access at the end of the garden, which can accommodate up to 4 additional people.

Villa Souvenance :

Wifi and reversible air conditioning throughout the house and its outbuildings.

First floor

- Bedroom 1: double bed 180x200, washbasin area, cot

- Kitchen: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, citrus press, toaster, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge...

- Laundry room: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board + iron, cordless hoover.

- Toilets

- Lounge/dining room: dining table, chairs, baby high chair, TV, Marshall loudspeaker.

Garden & Pool

- Bedroom 6 - garden: double bedroom 180x200, shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, separate toilet.

- Bedroom 7 - garden: double bedroom 180x200, shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, separate toilet.

- Garden: 2800m² garden, petanque area, table tennis, football pitches.

- Swimming pool: sun loungers, parasols, BBQ, pool towels included.

- Parking: parking spaces for approx. 4 vehicles, automatic gate.

Booking conditions:

Weekly rental only, from Saturday to Saturday.

In July and August, minimum 2-week rental.

To confirm your booking, please send us a deposit of 35% of the total amount.

The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival.

Cleaning costs :

Cleaning costs are compulsory and are not included in the rental price.  Cleaning costs must be paid on arrival.

- Off-season: €485 for end-of-stay cleaning + €275 for interim cleaning at the end of each week (if rented for more than one week).

- High season: €585 for end-of-stay cleaning + €275 for interim cleaning at the end of each week (if rented for more than one week).

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.

Heating and pool maintenance costs:

- Depending on the outside temperature, we offer pool heating for an additional €200/week,

Pool heating only increases the water temperature by a few degrees.

- Pool maintenance is included. 

The pool is serviced twice a week, on Saturdays and mid-week.

- Security alarm included.

Deposit :

A deposit of €500 per stay must be paid in cash on arrival. The deposit will be returned on departure if no damage is found.

Cancellation policy :

- If you cancel before the deadline of 8 weeks before arrival, the 35% deposit is due.

- If you cancel between 8 weeks and the arrival date, the full amount of the booking is due.
